  • the gym

    Yesterday I joined the gym.

    Tonight I did my first proper session.

    I’m pretty proud of myself.

    I used the cross trainer, the rowing machine (that really killed), the treadmill, the leg crunching machine, leg stretching machine and some weights.

    I was done in about 1/2 an hr…

     

    im sore.. but feeling good..
