    I lost 2kgs!!!!!

     

    I figured that staying at home for the entire month would mean I’d be pigging out (which I have) and by the time I have to wear my work clothes again it would be a struggle.

    Of course the swimming has helped heaps!!! I’d definately stick to the swimming and start picking up some water aerobic classes during the weeknights as well because I’m addicted.

    I hate running around outside but i do love the swimming pool.

    I’ve given myself a week off (to allow myself some time to enjoy my last week) and then I’d get back to the swimming business again.

    I say find a sport or a form of exercise you like because it makes it easier for you to stick to it.

    That’s the winning formula i think
